NEW FALLEN SNOW: Pedestrians cross a street in downtown Youngstown on the morning of after an overnight snowfall canceled many schools and made driving slow. The area endured a true Northeast Ohio winter, with 65 inches of snow having fallen by mid-February. The Mahoning Valley endured its snowiest February on record.
