Knee surgery sidelines Henry
Knee surgerysidelines Henry
BEREA -- Cleveland cornerback Anthony Henry will miss the remaining two games after having knee surgery Friday, becoming the 13th Browns player with a season-ending injury. Arthroscopic surgery on Henry's right knee revealed no major structural damage, the team said. Doctors removed some frayed meniscus cartilage. Henry has had a sore knee for more than a month. He played sparingly Sunday in a 23-20 overtime loss at Denver. Roosevelt Williams and Michael Lehan, both of whom started last week, probably will split time Sunday as Henry's replacement. As a rookie in 2001, Henry tied a team record and led the AFC with 10 interceptions.
