NEW CASTLE, PA. Police seek 4 people in shooting

One of the shooting victims is in critical condition.
NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Police are looking for four people who fled the scene of a shooting that left two city men wounded.
There may have been more than one gunman, said Lt. Thomas Sansone, explaining that police recovered one bullet and a shell casing of different calibers from the scene.
Police said Tyrone Lewis, 31, and Scott Davis, 22, both of whom live in an apartment house at 1202 Highland Ave., were shot in a second-floor hallway in their building around 10:40 p.m. Wednesday.
Davis was struck by a bullet that passed through his arm and Sansone said police think they recovered that bullet from the hallway.
Lewis suffered a more serious wound to the torso.
Both men were taken to Jameson Hospital where Davis was kept overnight. He was discharged Thursday.
Lewis was transferred to St. Elizabeth Health Center, where he was listed in critical condition.
Police said they don't know what prompted the shooting and both Lewis and Davis said they don't know their assailants.
Four people fled the scene on foot, Sansone said.
Police have people they want to talk to about the shooting but there have been no arrests or any warrants issued, he said.
