k EMINEM SPEAKS with a puppet named "Special Ed" from the Comedy Central series "Crank Yankers" during the annual MTV Video Music Awards at New York's Radio City Music Hall. The show started with a shock as pop divas Madonna, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears kissed during an opening sequence. More on Thursday's awards show on UpNext today.

k BRIAN GODDARD and Jessica Speece stood on stage glistening like royalty in front of the flashing cameras. Their experience with 4-H had just culminated. On Thursday, Goddard, 18, of Boardman, and Speece, 17, of North Jackson, were named 2003 4-H king and queen of the Canfield Fair.
