Police said the woman and the boys spent the night in a hotel room.
STAFF/WIRE REPORTS
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- Authorities said a city woman was arrested after she bought beer for four boys and put on a striptease in a hotel in a possible attempt to make up for a failed birthday trip to ride go-carts.
Patricia M. Johnson, 34, of Lyle Drive, was ordered Friday to stand trial on charges of corruption of minors, furnishing alcohol to minors, indecent assault and recklessly endangering another person in connection with the party June 26.
Police said the youths met at the Recreation Station on North Hermitage Road to rent the go-cart track to celebrate a birthday. When they discovered the track had already been rented by someone else, Johnson drove to Brookfield, Ohio, to buy beer and then took the boys to the Radisson Hotel on Pa. Route 18 in Shenango Township and rented a room, police alleged.
What boys said
The boys told authorities that Johnson was taking some kind of pills at the track and offered them some but they refused.
They also said she appeared to be intoxicated and drove off the side of the road once on the way to the hotel.
Once in the room, Johnson gave the boys beer and $1 bills, told them she wanted to be a stripper and asked them to put the money in her bra and panties, police said. She exposed herself and asked the boys to spank her, police said.
They all spent the night in the room and the boys told police Johnson repeatedly tried to touch them inappropriately and then drove them home in the morning, at times speeding up to 100 mph.
Johnson was released on her own recognizance by District Justice Henry Russo, pending an appearance in common pleas court.
Police reports didn't give the boys' ages.
