XMcDONALD -- Charles and Theresa Malcomson, 538 Illinois Ave., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Megan Malcomson, and Patrick Reagan, both of 23108 Thornridge Drive, Grand Blanc, Mich.
The future groom is a son of Linda Reagan, 5416 Songbird, Cincinnati.
The bride-elect graduated from Ohio University at Athens with a bachelor's degree in speech sciences, and from the University of Toledo with a master's in speech language pathology. She is a speech language pathologist with McLaren Regional Medical Center in Flint, Mich.
Her fiance, a manufacturing engineer with Torca Products in Auburn Hills, Mich., graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in industrial technology.
The couple will be married Oct. 18 at St. Rose Parish in Girard where they will exchange vows during a 2 p.m. open ceremony. Their evening reception will be held by invitation at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church Hall.
