CINCINNATI -- Pinch-hitter Ruben Mateo drew a bases-loaded walk with two outs in the bottom of the 10th inning Saturday, lifting the Cincinnati Reds over the San Diego Padres, 7-6.
Adam Dunn homered and later scored the winning run. The Reds moved out of a tie with idle Arizona for the worst record in the NL.
Dunn drew a four-pitch walk from Jaret Wright (1-3) with one out and Austin Kearns doubled. After Felipe Lopez was intentionally walked, Luther Hackman relieved.
Kelly Stinnett struck out, but Mateo batted for reliever Felix Heredia and walked on a full count.
Heredia (2-0) pitched one inning for the victory.
The Reds blew an early lead before coming from behind twice to escape with the win, their third in the last four games.

Rockies 8, Cubs 5
DENVER -- Shawn Chacon threw seven crisp innings, and Chris Stynes and Jay Payton drove in two runs each as Colorado ended a four-game losing streak.
Every Colorado starter had a hit by the fourth inning and the Rockies had 17 overall to win for the ninth time in 11 home games.
Todd Helton was 3-for-5 with two doubles and is 6-for-10 in two games against the Cubs. Payton was 3-for-5 and Stynes was 3-for-3.
Chicago lost for the third time in four games after winning eight of its previous 10. The Cubs had just five hits after getting 16 in an 11-7 win over the Rockies on Friday night.
Colorado led 8-2 when Chacon left, but the Cubs scored three in the eighth inning off Steve Reed. Corey Patterson led off with his fifth homer of the season, and Hee Seop Choi hit a two-run homer.
Chacon (4-0) had his fifth solid outing to start the season, allowing two runs -- one earned -- and three hits. He has won three straight starts for the first time in his career.
He has given up just 20 hits in 34 2-3 innings and his 1.04 ERA is second in the National League to St. Louis' Woody Williams (0.69).
Chacon also struck out eight and had two singles. He has allowed four earned runs in 272/3 innings at Coors Field.
Jose Jimenez pitched the ninth for his fifth save.
Chicago starter Shawn Estes (1-3) was roughed up in his second consecutive outing. He allowed seven runs on 12 hits in just two-plus innings after giving up seven runs over in three innings of an 8-2 loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates on Sunday.
