XAnnouncement is being made of the engagement of Lisa Silva of San Angelo, Texas, and AG2 Arthur David Speck, E6, Middletown, R.I.
The future bride is a daughter of Jerry and Celia Pietzsch of Roscoe, Texas. Mr. Speck is a son of David and Kris Speck of Girard.
The couple will be married July 19 at First Salem Lutheran Church in Roscoe.
Ms. Silva holds a bachelor's degree in education from Angelo State University in San Angelo, and is a special-education teacher at Blackshear Elementary School, also in San Angelo.
Her fiance graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a bachelor's degree in professional aeronautics. He is an aeronautics mate first class with the U.S. Navy stationed at the Naval War College in Newport, R.I.
