Donation dispute
A philanthropist has threatened to sue Boston University and its chancellor, John Silber, on fraud charges unless it transfers $3 million he gave the university to two other charities. The university says that redirecting the gift is not the donor's prerogative, according to The Chronicle of Higher Education.
