CAS Auxiliary has installation of new officers

MERCER, Pa. -- The Children's Aid Society Auxiliary of Mercer County held induction of officers for 2002-03 Sept. 10 at the agency.
Barbara Connelly, CAS treasurer, conducted the installation ceremony for Carol Smith, president; Janet Kerschner, vice president; Catherine Young, recording secretary; Darlene McBride, treasurer; and Ruth Wingard, historian.
Five new members were welcomed, and Julia Adams presented an overview of programs at the agency. The auxiliary presented a check to the agency from the band concert and ice cream social proceeds.
