PRACTICING REHAB: Therapists at the Park Vista Retirement Community demonstrate a new state-of-the-art posture balance machine at the center's new rehabilitation center. Located at 1216 Fifth Av., Youngstown, Park Vista's new Rehab Center wing is designed to house and offer short-term rehabilitation for 16 residents recovering from illness, surgery or injury with plans to return to independent living. The facility is separate from Park Vista nursing home. The Rehab Center is Medicare-approved and covered by many insurance carriers.
