Crime: Felony warrant from Mahoning County Common Pleas Court on charge of possession of cocaine.
Details: Hasley was last known to be living on Youngstown's South Side.
Description of subject: Hasley is black, 22, 5 feet 6 inches and 135 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and was last known to be driving a brown Oldsmobile Delta 98.
