MELISSA STEPUKMICHAEL CHADBOURNE
YOUNGSTOWN - The Revs. Feodor Kovalchuk and Stephen Holowach solemnized the marriage of Melissa Sue Stepuk and Michael Anthony Chadbourne Sept. 21 at the Nativity of Christ Orthodox Church.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Stepuk of Canfield, and the groom is a son of the late William and Loretta Chadbourne, who had lived in Akron.
Silver embroidery and beading accented the bride's princess-style gown of white satin fashioned with a semicathedral train.
Wearing red dresses were the honor attendants, Amy Bilas and Jenny Fullum, and the bridesmaids, Rebecca Stepuk, the bride's sister-in-law, and Meredith Sinkovich, Kara Falo and Stacy O'Neill. Flower girl was Katie Hackney.
Best man was Thaddeus Marcelli. Groomsmen were Paul D. Stepuk, the bride's brother; William Chadbourne, the groom's brother; James Nicholas, his brother-in-law; Brian Ramsey; and Dan Murphy. Ushers and crown bearers were Gregory and Mark Stepuk, her brothers, and ring bearer was Jeffrey Chadbourne, his nephew.
A reception was held at The Georgetown in Boardman. The couple honeymooned in Cancun, Mexico, and live in Bradenton, Fla.
The bride, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, earned a master's at Chatham College in Pittsburgh. She is an occupational therapist at Heartland Rehabilitation Center in Sarasota, Fla.
A graduate of Kent State University, Mr. Chadbourne is a customer-support specialist with Forensic Technology in Largo, Fla.
