West Park Travel ends ties to Mark Travel Corp.

CLEVELAND -- West Park Travel of Cleveland has ended its eight-year business relationship with Mark Travel Corp. and its affiliate, Funjet Vacations, Inc., after West Park filed a lawsuit against its longtime business partner on claims of misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud and other related claims.
Despite the lawsuit, all customer reservations booked through West Park for Mark Travel/Funjet Vacations will be honored, according to West Park.
"We will continue to do business as we always have, just without Mark Travel. If any customers have any questions or concerns regarding their reservations, we encourage them to contact us directly," said West Park's Cory Ramsey.
