YOUNGSTOWN -- Jack Scott has been named president of Parsons Infrastructure & amp; Technology Group, a California-based business unit of Parsons Corp., which provides engineering and management services. He had been group executive vice president. Scott is a 1966 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Youngstown State University in 1971. He also has a master's degree from Texas A & amp;M University.
SERVICE
CANFIELD -- Carrie Davis of Warren has joined the American Cancer Society's Canfield office as an income development associate. She will oversee Relay for Life events in Trumbull County. She had been a volunteer for the cancer society for 10 years.
TELEMARKETING
AUSTINTOWN -- InfoCision Management Corporation promoted Jay Cave to call center supervisor of the company's Austintown commercial customer care call center. The Youngstown resident had been senior program supervisor.
The company also promoted Randi Hall-Lee to program supervisor in its Austintown Christian call center. The Farrell, Pa., resident has a bachelor's degree in communications mass media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She had been a communicator in the commercial prospecting and technology center.
