PREVIEW Boys state tournament

What: Division II-III state championship.
When: Friday-Saturday. Tee times begin at 8:30 a.m. on both days.
Where: University Golf Courses on the campus of Ohio State University, Columbus.
Cost: $6 per day.
Area qualifiers: (Division II) Scott Jones, East Palestine. (Division III) Warren JFK -- seniors Jason Kokrak, Jim Scheiber, Max Capito, junior Colin Clemente, sophomore Patrick Moro.
Notebook: JFK has won two straight Div. III titles and returns three of its top four golfers from last year's team. The Eagles won last week's district title. Kokrak won the individual title at last year's state tournament. This is Jones' first trip to the state tournament. The boys Div. I tournament and the girls state tournament will be held next weekend.
If you go: Take I-76 West to I-71 South to I-270 West to St. Rt. 315 to the Henderson Road exit. Turn right (south) onto Olentnagy River road then left (west) onto Henderson Road.
