YOUNGSTOWN -- An 18-year-old man was treated at St. Elizabeth Health Center after he was shot in the chest around 3:20 p.m. Wednesday.
The man told police the brother of a girl he dates fired several shots at him as he left Atway's Store at the corner of Lexington and Foster. One shot hit him in the upper right chest.
Police were unable to locate any evidence at the scene.
