2 men injured in brawl outside bar

YOUNGSTOWN -- A brawl outside a Market Street bar early Sunday landed two men in the emergency room and has police looking for suspects.
James M. Lamb, 20, of 136 Bonner Place, Fort Bragg, N.C., and Harry Leith, 20, of 3938 Risher Road, were treated at Beeghly Medical Center for injuries suffered in an attack in a parking lot outside Jay-Jay's at 2:15 a.m. Sunday. Lamb was treated for a stab wound to the right side of his back and transferred to Forum Health Northside Medical Center for a surgical consultation. Leith was treated for cuts to his face.
The men told police they left the bar and were approached by a white man who taunted them before striking Lamb with his fist. When Leith tried to break up the dispute, he was jumped by four other men who picked him up and rammed him face-first into the side of the Bank One building and then took his watch while he lay on the ground.
According to reports, when the fight was over, Lamb noticed he had been stabbed. Witnesses told police they noticed a black male brandishing a knife, but are unsure who actually stabbed Lamb.
No arrests were made and police are still searching for the suspects.
