FUND-RAISER Golf event to benefit hospital



WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa. -- The 19th annual Forum Health Tod Children's Hospital Golf Classic will be held May 20 at Oak Tree Country Club.
A shotgun start is planned for 1 p.m. This year's event will have a new format, modified two best balls of four.
The entry fee of $185 includes 18 holes of golf, cart, greens fee, lunch buffet, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, dinner, awards, a mulligan and one raffle ticket. There also will be an auction of prizes and autographed items during the dinner. Golf shirts will be available for an additional fee.
