GETTING IT RIGHT
UAn independent candidate running in the 17th Congressional District race needs 1,776 valid signatures to get on the ballot, or 1 percent of the total number of people in the district who voted in the last gubernatorial election, says the Ohio secretary of state's office. The percentage was incorrect in an article Thursday about U.S. Rep. James A. Traficant Jr.'s independent bid.
