Blockwatch meeting
YOUNGSTOWN -- Buckeye Eyes and Ears Blockwatch meets at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Word of Grace Church, 2724 Mount Vernon Ave. Blockwatch president John Nittoli, a former councilman, and Councilman John R. Swierz, D-7th, will review and discuss enforcement of city ordinances involving housing, abandoned cars and cars on lawns and the penalties for violating those ordinances.
