NCAA should giveMAC more respect
Fanfare:
Now that my Kent State Golden Flashes have advanced to The Sweet Sixteen I hope the NCAA will finally give the MAC Conference some respect. One team in the 64 year after year? Bowling Green should have been there and a good Ohio U. was also cheated. I'm a member of Kent's booster club and attended most of their home games. This KSU team is our best ever but great basketball is played throughout the MAC. So come on NCAA, next year when you pick your 64, give us the respect we're overdue. GO FLASHES!

Catholic, private schoolshave unfair advantage
Fanfare:
When is the OHSAA going to stop discriminating against public schools? I am tired of seeing good public schools being beaten in tournaments by the prep schools.
Private and Catholic schools are permitted to:
1) Limit their enrollment.
2) Choose which division they compete in.
3) Pick students from their diocese regardless of the school district. (Private schools choose from anywhere).
One solution to this problem is when a student transfers to a Catholic or private school and plays sports, that school then picks up the public school's total enrollment numbers when being rated.
