Announcement is being made of the coming marriage of Gretchen Baal, 6509 Marsol Road, Mayfield Heights, and Kevin Chuey, 145 Piccadilly St., Campbell.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Joseph and Anita Baal, 3627 Cascade Drive, Youngstown. Clifford and Karen Chuey of the Piccadilly Street address are the future groom's parents.
The couple's open ceremony is planned for 2 p.m. May 25 at St. Christine Church, Youngstown. A reception by invitation will take place that evening at St. Mary's Banquet Center in Boardman.
Miss Baal graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. She is an analyst/programmer with Progressive Insurance in Highland Heights.
Her fiance is pursuing a bachelor's degree in management information systems at YSU.
