Jeffery A. Wells, 36, Lodge Street, Newton Falls, possession of cocaine.
D.J. Turner, 53, South Cedar Street, Niles, permitting drug abuse, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and five counts of complicity to trafficking in crack cocaine.
Jonathan T. Latham, 20, Autumn Drive, Warren, carrying a concealed weapon.
Jason Howard, 20, Catherine Street, Youngstown, possession of cocaine.
Mary F. McAnallen, 35, Summit Street N.W., Warren, receiving stolen property and forgery.
Daniel L. Gillam, 19, Market Street, Boardman, two counts of assault on a peace officer.
Christopher P. Denno, 24, Patchen Avenue S.E., Warren, misdemeanor count of vehicular homicide.
Antonio L. Jackson, 21, Idylwild Street N.E., Warren, misdemeanor count of domestic violence.
Francis Eugene Wheeler, no age available, Eagle Creek, Leavittsburg, two counts of breaking and entering.
Bradley Jonathan Park, 36, Florist Avenue, Youngstown, burglary.
Donald A. Moke Jr., 35, Laird Avenue S.E., Warren, receiving stolen property.
William Amburgy, 24, Newton Drive, Newton Falls, robbery.
Rasheen L. Daniels, 19, Sixth Street S.W., Warren, burglary and possessing criminal tools.
