The proposed changes for sizes of accessory buildings in the village:
Lots less than 1 acre: Height not to exceed 16 feet, 6 inches, with at least a 10-foot setback for the side/rear lot.
1-to-5-acre lots: Height not to exceed 20 feet, with at least a 25-foot side/rear lot setback.
Lots more than 5 acres: Height unlimited with at least a 25-foot side/rear lot setback.
