ROAD WORK Mahoning and Trumbull counties



Here are the road projects the Ohio Department of Transportation is planning to work on in Mahoning and Trumbull counties this week.
MAHONING COUNTY
Interstate 76 Lake Milton bridge replacement in Milton Township. Eastbound bridge closed, all traffic diverted to westbound bridge, which will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Completion: November 2002.
South Avenue widening in Youngstown. Down to one lane between Western Reserve Road and Presidential Drive except from 3-6 p.m., when a lane will be open in each direction. Completion: July 2003.
U.S. Route 224 Berlin Reservoir bridge replacement, Berlin Township. Bridge closed, traffic detoured. Completion: October 2002.
TRUMBULL COUNTY
State Route 5 repair, Warren and Leavittsburg. Down to one lane in each direction between West Market Street and U.S. Route 422. Completion: September 2003.
State routes 82 and 5 resurfacing, Howland. Down to one lane in each direction between Elm Road and East Market Street/Warren-Sharon Road. Completion: April 2002.
