COLUMBIANA -- C. Tucker Cope & amp; Associates, a design-build contractor with offices in Columbiana and West Columbia, S.C., was presented an award by American Buildings Co. for its design of the $4.8 million Bibleway Church in Columbia, S.C. The company's design was selected in competition with 1,000 other North American building contracts. American Buildings, based in Eufaula, Ala., is a leading manufacturer of metal building systems and construction projects. The Bibleway Church is a 41,000-square-foot structure with exterior walls of metal architectural panels covered with a brick veneer.
WARREN -- Bernice Marino, an agent with William Zamarelli Realtors in Warren, has been awarded the Graduate Realtors Institute designation. Marino joined Zamarelli Realtors in 1994 and is president-elect of the Warren Area Board of Realtors. Retired from Howland Local Schools where she had been a teacher and guidance counselor, Marino has a bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University and a master's degree in education from Westminster College.
