The Boston Women's Heritage Trail takes visitors on self-guided tours through five city neighborhoods. The guidebook can be picked up at some bookstores or at the Boston Common Visitor Information Center.
Directions: The information center is at 147 Tremont Street in downtown Boston, steps away from the Park Street commuter station on the MBTA's red line.Hours: The information center is open Monday through Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The tour can be taken at any time.Admission: Free.
