Schools consider grant
YOUNGSTOWN -- Youngstown City Schools is considering applying for about $500,000 in Federal Emergency Repair Program Grant funds available through the Ohio School Facilities Commission. The money would be used to fund repairs not covered in the school facilities program which are threatening to the health and welfare of the pupils.
