Announcement is being made by Brian and Renee Sylvester of Columbus of the birth of their second child, a son, Avery Foster, Feb. 18 at Grant Riverside Hospital in Columbus. The baby is a grandson of Ralph and Cheryl Sylvester of Austintown and Foster and Beverly Mapel of Wooster.
