Federal grand jury indicts six area men



CLEVELAND -- Five Youngstown men and one Liberty man have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Cleveland.
Oceanus Perry, 24, of Liberty is charged with armed bank robbery and brandishing a firearm during the commission of a crime of violence in the holdup of Bank One at Belmont Avenue and Liberty Street in Liberty.
He faces up to 25 years in prison and $250,000 in fines.
Terrence C. May, 26, of Youngstown is charged with possession with intent to distribute 250 grams of crack cocaine, and Raymond C. Triplett, 21, also known as Raymond Sadler, of Youngstown, is charged with possession with intent to distribute 21 grams of crack cocaine, both on Feb. 1.
May faces a mandatory 10 years in prison and a $4 million fine, and Triplett faces a mandatory five years and $2 million fine.
Paul J. Sanchez, Ali Itayim and Sean M. McRae are charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
The indictment accuses Sanches, 44, Itayim, 42, and McRae, 30, all of Youngstown, of committing the crimes between Feb. 10 and 14.
They each face a maximum of life in prison and a $2 million fine, according to the U.S. attorney's office.
