Hardrives Paving, which closed in 2000, did not legally reorganize as Rhino Excavation and Milling Inc., Rhino's vice president, Michael Malvasi, said. The Vindicator was told by Warren and Trumbull County officials this week that many of Hardrives' employees formed Rhino when Hardrives closed and much of the equipment still carried the Hardrives name. Malvasi said all his trucks say Rhino.
