Authors at bookstor
BOARDMAN -- Author Larry Smith will be at Barnes & amp; Noble Booksellers, 381 Boardman-Poland Road, from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday. His new book, "Milldust and Roses: Memoirs," is a collection of memories of the Ohio Valley, set especially in Mingo Junction, where Smith once lived.
Author Allen Frost also will discuss his book, "Ohio Trio," a collection of poetry and short stories from the Midwest.
'Annie' to be performed
CANFIELD -- "Build Your Act!," a theater group that includes pupils in fourth grade through high school, will perform the musical "Annie" at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Canfield High School auditorium.
Tickets cost $5 and can be purchased at the auditorium box office, which opens at 6 p.m. both nights, or by calling Mary Johnson at (330) 533-0143.
