CAR WASHES
XA free car wash will be held at First Covenant Church, corner of Glenwood Avenue and Shields Road from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
CRAFT SHOWS
XSalem Memorial Building Association will sponsor an arts and crafts bazaar from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. July 19 at Centennial Park, East Pershing St., Salem. Setup time is 7 a.m. Crafters can provide tables and chairs and rent a 20-by-20 space for $25. Rental of space, table and chair is $35. Lunch will be available at Pavilion 2. FESTIVALS
XJefferson Depot, 147 E. Jefferson St., Jefferson, will hold a strawberry festival and craft bazaar from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. TRIPS
