Michael Shaffer installed as Rotary club president

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP -- Michael F. Shaffer was installed as president of the Rotary Club of Youngstown during a dinner meeting July 3 at Youngstown Country Club.
He is central branch director of the YMCA.
