George F. Datino, 42, Wolosyn Circle, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
William Williams, 20, New York Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
Jmaine Carter, 23, West Judson Avenue, Youngstown; four counts of felonious assault, four firearm specifications.
Harry Ferranti, 46, North Roanoke Avenue, Youngstown; two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Tameka N. Kennedy, 23, Brooklyn Avenue, Youngstown; forgery, theft.
Timothy J. Dougan, 38, Lake Park Boulevard Northwest, Alliance; domestic violence.
Jamal Burley, 21, West Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
