XChaney High School January and June Classes of 1948 will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Charly's Restaurant on Kirk Road. Plans will be made for the 55th reunion. All classmates are welcome.
XThe 41st annual Donofrio family reunion will take place at noon Sunday at the Chester Long Pavilion, Boardman Township Park. A buffet dinner will be served at 1 p.m.; those attending are asked to take a covered dish, beverages, table service and an item for a white elephant auction. XThe 98th Greenford High School Alumni Banquet will be held Aug. 17 at Diamond Back Golf Course, 9399 Leffingwell Road, Ellsworth, beginning with a social hour at 6 p.m. Reservations are due Aug. 1 with Dorothy Beck, 9378 Lisbon Road, Canfield, Ohio 44407. The cost is $15. Checks should be payable to Greenford Alumni Association; specify a choice of stuffed chicken breast, stuffed pork chops or Swiss steak.
