Bike tour registration
CANFIELD -- Registration is being taken for the 27-mile Watershed Ride bicycle tour set for Aug. 18.
The tour route runs from Indian Run in Canfield to the headwaters of Mill Creek in Columbiana and back.
Snacks will be served at the halfway point.
The ride was designed to raise awareness of the importance of local streams. Sponsors are the Alliance for Watershed Action and Riparian Easements and the Mahoning County Soil and Water Conservation District.
Registration costs $10 and includes a T-shirt and light lunch that will be served at the tour's end.
