WARREN -- Second National Bank has named Kenneth Vesper as assistant vice president, loan workout officer. He recently joined the bank after nearly 30 years of banking, loan and collection experience.

AUSTINTOWN -- InfoCision Management Corp. has promoted Maggie Lehnerd of Youngstown to senior program supervisor in its Austintown commercial call center. She had been program supervisor. In her new position, she will supervise programs, teach and motivate employees and develop reports. Lehnerd received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.

AUSTINTOWN -- Christina Gaca of Austintown recently became a consultant for Tastefully Simple, a direct-sales company based in Alexandria, Minn. She will conduct in-home presentations of gourmet foods.

BEACHWOOD -- Marcus Thomas has promoted Mary Swan-Bell to production manager. She oversees the print production process for a variety of clients and had been production coordinator for the advertising and public-relations firm. A resident of Bazetta Township, she has a degree in professional writing and editing/journalism from Youngstown State University.
