BOYS BASKETBALL Campbell boys topple South Range for victory

CAMPBELL -- Terrell Harris hit for 24 points, while Anthony Wright scored 12 points and added 15 rebounds to pace Campbell to a 76-67 victory over South Range in boys basketball Saturday.
Campbell (7-7) also got 15 points from Robert Armstrong and 10 from Chris Melnik.
Matt Kirk, Jim Sanders and George Rohan scored 17, 12 and 10 points, respectively, for the Raiders (9-3).
Ursuline 81, Alliance 68 (OT): ALLIANCE -- Winless Alliance battled back to tie the score at 66-66 before Ursuline made 11 of 13 free throws in overtime for its 12th win in 15 games.
Senior Andre Edmonds scored a career-high 30 points and also had seven rebounds for the winners. The 6-3 forward made 10 of 16 field goals and was 10 of 11 at the foul line.
The Irish (12-3) outscored the Aviators (0-14) in overtime, 15-2, but Alliance had a 31-25 advantage on the boards.
Poland 66, Orange 57: PEPPER PIKE -- Jamie Dunn scored 23 points and Chad Fender added 16 points for the Bulldogs (11-2).
David McGarry pulled in six rebounds for the Bulldogs, who have won eight straight.
Orange is 11-3.
North Canton Hoover 53, Boardman 52 (OT): NORTH CANTON -- The Vikings hit a 3-pointer at the overtime buzzer after the teams fought to a 47-all tie at the end of regulation.
Mark Marks scored 15 points and Mike DeOnofrio had 10 points for the Spartans (7-7).
Compass 73, Heartland Christian 16: COLUMBIANA -- Compass had four players score in double figures in a rout over Heartland Christian.
Curtis O'Neil scored 21 points for Compass (10-4), which won its fourth straight game. Jamar Scales scored 14, Dennis Johnson had 12 and Derrick Cowan added 10. Jacob East led Heartland with eight points.
Southern 70, East Liverpool Christian 36: SALINEVILLE -- Paul Forbes collected 12 points and as many rebounds as the Indians (4-10) snapped a seven-game losing streak.
Brandon Hamilton led Southern with 16 points and Jay Staley added 14 points.
East Liverpool Christian led 17-15 after one quarter but was out-scored 55-19 the rest of the way.
