YOUNGTOWN -- Announcement of the engagement of Nicole Pacurar and Todd Smith, both of 808 Dorn Drive, Sandusky, is made by the bride-elect's parents, Jo Anne Pacurar, 3815 Ayrshire Drive, and Ronald Pacurar, 3979 Staatz Drive.
Parents of the future groom are Kathy and Robert Smith, 225 Windswood Way, Sandusky.
The couple will exchange vows during an open ceremony planned for 2 p.m. April 20 at Bethel Lutheran Church in Boardman. Invitations will be extended for an evening reception at Vernon's Cafe at Applewood Gardens in Niles.
Miss Pacurar attended Youngstown State University. She is a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker-Routh Realty in Sandusky.
Mr. Smith is a police officer in the city of Sandusky.
