YOUNGSTOWN -- Sky Bank has promoted Breen O. Bannon to assistant vice president, commercial loans. Bannon has been financial center manager at Sky Bank's South and Midlothian office. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and economics from Youngstown State University.
HEALTH CARE
LAKE MILTON -- Integrative Medical Centers of Ohio has added Dr. Martin Escobar to its staff at the Lake Milton Family Health Center and the Cortland Chiropractic Clinic. Dr. Escobar is an internal medicine physician, speaks Spanish and English, and has had emergency medicine experience at Beeghly Medical Center and the Austintown Ambulatory Center.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Cohen & amp; Co. has hired Patrice L. Hight of Liberty as a staff accountant in its accounting and auditing department in Youngstown. Hight is a 2001 graduate of Youngstown State University.
TELEMARKETING
AUSTINTOWN -- InfoCision Management has promoted Lauren Kyle to senior call center supervisor and promoted Jason Dray to senior program supervisor, both in the company's Austintown call center.
Kyle, a Salem resident, joined the company six years ago. Dray, of McDonald, has a bachelor's degree in history from Youngstown State University. He is a student in the University of Akron School of Law and is a member of the United States Army National Guard. He joined the company two years ago.
