XSALEM -- Larry and Carol Swallow, 13618 W. Calla Road, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Carrie Katherine Swallow, 3830 W. 162nd St., Cleveland, to James Fred Babitsky, 4234 W. 212th St., Fairview Park
Mr. Babitsky is a son of Jim and Jinnie Babitsky of the Fairview Park address.
The couple will be married at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 22 at Wadsworth United Methodist Church, and a reception will take place later that afternoon at the Galaxy Restaurant, also in Wadsworth.
Miss Swallow graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea with a bachelor's degree in broadcast communications. She is a district sales representative for Rubbermaid Commerical Products of Winchester, Va..
Her fiance holds a bachelor's degree in health education and promotions from Baldwin Wallace. He is employed as a police officer with the city of Elyria.
