WARREN -- Second National Bank has appointed John A. Lacy to assistant vice president, mortgage loan sales manager. Lacy is a graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in secondary education comprehensive social studies. He is a former director of the Warren Area Board of Realtors.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Joseph Saadi has joined National City Corp.'s Private Client Group as a business development officer in the Youngstown area. He came to Second National from R.R. Donnelley Financial where he was a financial services provider. He has a bachelor's degree from John Carroll University and a law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.
