Salem chamberseeks new director
SALEM -- The Salem Area Chamber of Commerce is searching for a new director after accepting the resignation of Margie Kampfer.
Kampfer, whose resignation takes effect March 28, said Friday she is resigning because she's getting married and will be leaving the area.
Kampfer has served as chamber director since 1996.
Those interested in the job should send a r & eacute;sum & eacute; to the chamber board at 713 E. State St., Salem 44460.
The application deadline is Feb. 15.
