Christmas recyclingsites are designated
GREENFORD -- Christmas recycling collection sites have been designated for Christmas trees and wrapping paper.
Christmas trees may be disposed at the corner of Beaver Creek Road and state Route 165 behind the cemetery in the roped-off area until Jan. 31.
Wrapping paper and greeting cards may be taken to the Green Township Recycling Center at the township building, 12184 Lisbon Road.
Remove ribbons and bows, compact the paper and put in brown grocery bags. Greeting cards should be in a separate bag.
Hours are 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesdays; 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays; and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays, through Jan. 9.
