GIRARD -- There will be a one-day delay in trash pickups because of Christmas and New Year's Day. Trash should be placed at the curb Friday evenings for the Saturday pickups.

NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Calvary Temple will be celebrating the New Year with recording artists the Bowmans at 7 p.m. New Year's Day. The Bowmans were nominated in 2002 for "Trio of the Year," "Band of the Year," and "Comedian of the Year" by the Country Gospel Music Guild.
