NBA ROUNDUP Friday's games
Pistons 109, Cavaliers 107, OT
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- Corliss Williamson scored four of his 19 points in the final minute of overtime as the Detroit Pistons overcame Ricky Davis' 42 points to beat the Cleveland Cavaliers Friday night. The teams also played an overtime game Wednesday in Cleveland, with the Pistons winning 111-106. The Pistons have won a season-best six straight, while the Cavaliers have lost 13 straight road games. Cleveland led by six in the final minute of regulation, but the Pistons rallied. Chucky Atkins' 3-pointer made it 98-97 with 12.8 seconds left. Davis hit two free throws, but Chauncey Billups took a pass from Richard Hamilton and hit a game-tying 3-pointer with 3.9 seconds left. Davis missed, and Milt Palacio's apparent game-winning tip-in was ruled to have come just after the buzzer. Davis got five quick points in overtime to help the Cavaliers go up 105-101, but Detroit came back to tie the game at 107 on two free throws by Williamson with 51.5 seconds left. Ben Wallace blocked DuJuan Wagner's drive, and Williamson hit a running hook over DeSagana Diop to give Detroit its first lead since the third quarter. Hamilton led the Pistons with 27. Wallace added 11 points and 19 rebounds. Zydrunas Ilgauskas had 20 for Cleveland, but fouled out late in regulation.
76ers 107, Lakers 104, OT
PHILADELPHIA-- More misfortune beset the struggling Los Angeles Lakers, who couldn't take advantage after Allen Iverson gave them a chance to walk away with a win. Iverson missed two free throws with 5.3 seconds left in overtime, but Robert Horry's pass to an open, driving Rick Fox bounced off Fox's hands. Derrick Coleman then made two free throws to wrap up Philadelphia's win. Iverson scored 32 points and Coleman added 18 points. The Lakers had one more chance to tie it after Coleman's free throws with 2.1 seconds left, but Iverson intercepted Horry's pass for his ninth steal. Keith Van Horn added 20 points and 11 rebounds for the Sixers, who have won three straight after losing five in a row. Kobe Bryant had 44 points and 10 assists, and O'Neal added 26 points and 14 rebounds as the Lakers lost their third in a row.
Pacers 101, Bulls 86
INDIANAPOLIS -- Brad Miller had 24 points and 14 rebounds, Ron Mercer added 16 points and Ron Artest 12 as the Indiana Pacers beat the Bulls in the first meeting between the teams since last season's seven-player trade. He scored 10 points in the third quarter to somewhat salvage an otherwise poor performance -- 18 points on 7-for-24 shooting.
Heat 97, Raptors 77
TORONTO -- Rookie Caron Butler scored a season-high 25 points and put Miami ahead for good midway through the second quarter. Butler finished 8-for-16 from the field and 9-for-10 from the line with six rebounds, three assists and three steals. His four free throws and jumper at the end of the third quarter gave Miami a 26-point lead -- its biggest of the game. Eddie Jones added 17 points for the Heat, who have won three of four. Voshon Lenard had a team-high 19 for the Raptors, who have lost six of seven.
Celtics 108, Timberwolves 99
BOSTON -- Paul Pierce scored 42 points -- four shy of his season high -- and grabbed 14 rebounds as the Boston Celtics rebounded from a pair of bad losses. The Celtics, who had dropped consecutive games to Chicago and Miami, avoided losing three straight for the first time this season. The victory also snapped Boston's four-game home losing streak against Minnesota. Minnesota lost for the third time in four games and had back-to-back losses for the first time since dropping three straight from Nov. 9-13.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Wesley Person scored 23 points, including 12 straight in the final period, as the Memphis Grizzlies overcame a 10-point deficit in the fourth quarter. Memphis won its fifth straight home game.

DALLAS -- Matt Harpring scored 19 points and Calbert Cheaney had a season-high 18 as the Utah Jazz handed the Dallas Mavericks their first home loss of the season.
