Police seek robber
BOARDMAN -- Township police are looking for a man who robbed Payday Cash Advance on Boardman-Poland Road at gunpoint Wednesday afternoon.
Police reports say a man wearing a ski mask entered the business just before 5:30 p.m., pulled out a gun and made everyone lie on the floor. The man demanded money and then took out the bait money -- money marked so it can later be identified by police. The man left the store in an unidentified vehicle with an undetermined amount of cash. No one was injured.
