BEAUTIFUL BROWS Use the right tools

The beauty experts at Sephora provide this guide on how to achieve the perfect brows:
Decide shape: This will be determined by the shape of your face. For instance, the rounder your face, the more pronounced arch you should have.
Prep: Always clean the skin around the brow before shaping. Use a cleanser to remove unwanted makeup and bacteria. This will prevent ingrown hairs and infection.
Measure: Use a pencil to determine where the brow should start. Lay the pencil vertically against the side of your nose, parallel to the bridge bone, to see where the brow should begin. Lay the pencil from your nostril to the outer edge of the eye to see where it should end.
Mark: Mark areas of hair to be removed with a nail-whitening pencil. Begin by marking the hair between your brows, then the outer corners and, last, underneath the brow. Always start with a thin line; you can take more off later.
Pluck: Begin plucking hairs one at a time. Pluck hairs in the direction of their natural growth. Place tweezers as close to the skin as possible so you get each one from the root.
Soothe: Soothe post-plucked skin with a toner -- never creams or lotions, which can clog pores and lead to ingrown hairs and infections.
Fill brows: Fill in sparse areas with a brow pencil. Sketch tiny lines in the direction of the hair. Choose a pencil that is two shades lighter than your hair.
